About This Festival
The Denver Food + Wine Festival is Colorado's premier culinary fundraiser, held each August at the Tivoli Quad on the Denver Auraria Campus. Now in its 20+ year history, the festival spans four signature events: the Riedel Wine Glass Seminar (Wednesday), the Shake + Brake Showdown cocktail competition (Thursday), the Dine Out Auction benefiting the Colorado Restaurant Foundation (Friday), and the Grand Tasting — the centerpiece event featuring Colorado's top restaurants, bars, food trucks, and spirit producers (Saturday noon–4pm). Presented by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits and benefiting the Colorado Restaurant Foundation's Angel Relief Fund and ProStart® scholarship program, every ticket purchase directly supports the workers at the heart of Colorado's hospitality industry.
